GANNI has built a strong position in contemporary fashion through its playful Scandinavian aesthetic, engaged #GANNIGirls community, and growing focus on responsibility. However, inconsistent brand identity and reliance on trend-driven products limit long-term growth and everyday consumer engagement. This project proposes a shift from a fashion-led brand to a circular lifestyle ecosystem. By extending GANNI’s design and sustainability ethos into daily-use categories, it aims to deepen consumer interaction, diversify revenue, and strengthen cultural relevance—inviting audiences to explore how fashion can move beyond seasons into everyday life
