Lululemon remains a leading premium athleisure brand with strong community equity, technical product credibility and global omnichannel reach (lululemon, 2025). However, rising competition and limited younger consumer participation are beginning to challenge its long-term growth (Piper Sandler, 2025). This report therefore recommends repositioning Lululemon toward a connected wellness ecosystem linking retail, digital community and innovation-led experiences (lululemon, 2025).
