Zoom air cushions is a new technology from Nike. Zoom air cushions are also known as impact air cushions. In addition to being filled with high-pressure gas, the rubber bladder is densely crossed with fibre material. zoom air cushions are thinner and closer to the ground, providing faster response times. Of nike's air cushions, zoom is the most flexible. It is often placed in the forefoot of basketball shoes, paired with other nike cushioning technologies.
