Summary

Our report explores and analyses the brand AllSaints and their current operations through a thorough internal and external analysis, in order to disclose some key brand issues.
From our brand research, we were able to critically analyse and conclude a series of recommendations we believe would enable AllSaints to gain competitive advantage, and further gain their place in the market over their rivals. Our recommendations explore the concept of a sub-brand strategy, re-directing and re-attracting the younger consumer, to increase consumer engagement and profitability long-term for AllSaints.
