On March 10th and 11th 2025, the Manchester Museum hosted their annual Science Fair as part of British Science Week.
During the event the museum welcomed 1141 pupils from 31 schools. As part of this, the SuCCEED research team organised a Biofuels and Enzymes stand to educate school children and the general public about the use of Enzymes for the production of Biofuels and Chemicals.
Along with talks and demonstrations, our visitors were able to perform experiments where they carried out chemical tests to detect sugars and crystallised proteins.
