At a 2022 event for Undergraduate Physics Offer Holders, Dr. Eamonn Kerins, Senior Lecturer in Astronomy, delivered a taster lecture: Exoplanets and the hunt for Earth-2. Eamonn delved into some of the technology and theories that allow us to explore other planets and stars from the ground.

International Women's Day 3 March 2021
Clea Dronne is a physics student in her second year of an undergraduate degree. As she enters the second semester, she notices something new (and it’s not the online learning): “I am finally doing a course being taught by a woman! The first one. That says a lot, I think.”
