Ros is Director of Operations for the Future Biomanufacturing Research Hub (UKRI funded) which is developing innovative bio-based technology for high-value manufacturing to sustainably produce pharmaceuticals, chemicals and materials. She also supports research strategy development and delivery for the Manchester Institute of Biotechnology.

Broad interests in developing sustainable biomanufacturing processes, engineering biology and industrial biotechnology. Particularly interested in developing interdisciplinary and intersector collaborations.
