    This project focuses on Balenciaga’s current standing in the competitive luxury fashion industry. It identifies the brand’s strengths, which includes powerful inbound marketing from recognizable endorsements and a unique brand aesthetic, while also analysing weaknesses such as controversial marketing campaigns and alienation of core customers. This project provides strategic recommendations to improve brand equity and market visibility, stressing the need to balance modern-day attributes and the heritage of the brand along with digital marketing efforts to maintain a strong digital presence.
