In parallel, he maintains academic collaborations focused on learning algorithms grounded in physics and control theory\u2014work designed to be both theoretically justified and adaptable to novel computing paradigms.Previously,&nbsp;Maxence&nbsp;worked at Rain AI, bridging the gap between analog hardware research and digital engineering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He began his career as a Research Staff Member at IBM Research.&nbsp;Maxence&nbsp;completed his PhD under Julie Grollier and Damien Querlioz, in close collaboration with Yoshua Bengio.
